Bad attitude towards employees

I would like to report the terrible attitude towards employees in this company. I see that many complain about the attitude of employees towards customers, but what should employees do when management is completely out of place and does not respect their employees?! So let's start with a little introduction. I am a student who was looking for a job during the summer and I live on the trail right here. I decided that songs would be an ideal place for me. I applied for a job and went for an interview. The job I applied for was a cook's assistant. First of all, the training was practically non-existent, and after a week, complaints and dissatisfied comments from the management about the work began to come. I wonder why claims were made against me when I was doing my job quietly and undisturbed and I didn't bother with anyone with stupid "jokes " who fly there regularly. Other workers openly smoked marijuana and consumed small amounts of alcohol during work. There is only one camera in the whole kitchen and it never looks at what is being filmed because if someone saw it they would understand what a shit pit there really is. I also saw against the chefs that there is no respect for forcing abnormal working hours in the heat, and wages are as simple as janitors or ditch diggers. The management consists of one arrogant man who apparently does not know how to run this company and his wife. I fully understand people's complaints on the quality of food, if such an attitude is towards employees, then what can be expected towards customers. I do not recommend coming here for food, then it is better to enter the nearest bun shop, there is at least a humane attitude towards customers.
