Slow Service
Service Very slow. Long queues, employing 2-3 people, of a possible 7 or more. Queue for an hour and more. A young person doesn't have time to wait that long! This applies to the Lion branch and ScandinavianBank's main building ballast dam! Need more efficient customer service! You need to be able to receive bank cards without a queue or only with a queue for receiving cards
