Buying tickets online

Buying tickets for Tallink ferries online is a real disaster. I have been traveling regularly for 2 years, but in 70% of cases I have to face the catastrophic activity of the website, which is constantly thrown out: no outbound flight, no seats, no cabins, although in fact the ferry is half empty, the website sometimes works abnormally slowly, hours, fails to complete ticket purchase, starting anew every time something new appears. I just bought a ticket, it took 2 hours from two computers. Of course, you can also call the operator and make a reservation by phone, only then there are completely different prices (?), And every time you call you will hear something new about the availability of tickets. My patience is full,has repeatedly had to fly a plane due to the impossible purchase of ferry tickets.
