Poor service, non-professionalism of store employees

In total, I waited 63 days and only then the product was delivered, although it was not within 60 days (as mentioned in the online store), but still there was no feeling of discomfort, because the waiting time after 60 days was minimal. All the problems started when I was waiting for the second application, which included a bedside table and a mattress for the already delivered bed. It had arrived on February 17, 2020, 67 days had passed since the application on December 12, 2019, neither the know mattress nor the bedside table knew or minis. I decided not to think for a long time and called the amber furniture operator to find out what is happening with this product. It was about 10:30 when I made the first call and on the other side of the handset the woman answered me that it took me 3 hours, even a little more, to look at the application information and call back after about 10 minutes, because it was almost 14:00. what happens to my order, just like in the first call, the operator asked me for the application number and told me that after looking at the details of the order and calling back 10 minutes, to which I replied that you said 3 hours ago to whom she said, that this time it will not be that will call back, it took a little over an hour and after 15:00 I called a third time and a third time told methat there are problems with the Internet at their central office and the information about the order is not available at the moment, so I will call on February 18, although at that time it seemed to me that there were no technical problems at all, the store probably understood the information about my order. that they have done absolutely nothing, that is, the order at that moment, I feel, had not even started to assemble and so they came up with a "fairy tale" about technical problems to make time for themselves and start doing something quickly so that the order would at least start to complete. In addition, I would like to remind you that I made a prepayment for the given goods in order to motivate amber furniture employees to act faster and better, but nothing. What shocked me further was that during the 3 February conversations, the cameraman never apologized for the inconvenience and did not even try to apologize,as if it should be. Then, came February 18, it was a little over 9:00 in the morning and the amber furniture operator herself called me to tell me the latest news about the order. And during the call, the operator said quite unpleasant things about the order, first of all, the two items ordered in one order - a bedside table and a mattress for a bed - will be delivered separately. February 20th (Thursday) arrived and the long-awaited bedside table was finally delivered and instead of a total of 60 days (and the online store clearly states that the product will be delivered within 60 days), 70 days have been waiting, but I was still waiting for information (not even the product) on the mattress. I expected 21. In February, there is no call from amber furniture, I think I will wait for this working day (it was Friday) and if there is no call, the call itself on Monday (February 24), it happened. On Monday (February 24) I called myself and wanted to know what was happening with the mattress, the operator told me only after 73 days of long waiting that the applied mattress was not on site, to which I replied that amber furniture should have informed me earlier. , 60 days before, instead of 73 days of delivery, instead of amber furniture informed me, but I myself had to call them and "hold" them all the time, constantly asking what happens to the product? Where is the product? Etc. And only then, on February 24, the cameraman apologized, and at least then the idea came to her to offer me an alternative, a mattress that was not in the store,instead of delivering me another mattress and even sent to my email information about the mattress that could be delivered to me, claiming that there would be nothing to overpay, which I agreed to. Regarding the delivery, the operator stated that the new mattress will be delivered within 2 working days. I think that once I have waited so long, I can wait a few days without any problems. And came February 27, Thursday morning and the long-awaited mattress was delivered. In total, I waited for the delivery of the bedside table for 70 days instead of "within 60 days" and I waited for the mattress for 76 days instead of "within 60 days".
