We ordered pizza at 22. 09. There is still no pizza. It is currently at 00:27 The first time we called for a pizza delay, we promised to deliver pizzas for free. However, even after 20 minutes, this pizza was not delivered. We have already called more than 5 times. Mareks, a girl, has talked to us. And all the time we hear a response of 20 minutes and suggestions to cancel the order. When calling, the operators are already laughing when they hear the delivery address... and references to Lucas Cezinsh, directors Sandra are not working. Pizza for free. But you don't. A mockery of Lulu's pizza. And the fact that the conversations are being recorded does not worry the employees either. Each time you call, the pizza promises to be delivered within 20-25 minutes. We only hear this promise for the sixth time.
