Receptionist and physiotherapist Inese Roze
I have been using MFD Pardaugava underwater massage services with physiotherapist Inese Roze for more than a year. I had a note at 8:00, 5/18 I had received an sms with a reminder about the note 5/19 at 8:10. I had come to the procedure and at 8:09 I was already standing in a swimsuit by the bath. Seeing that Inese had a very dissatisfied expression, I asked: Was the record 8:10? To which I answered in a very cold, dry tone: 8:10 I must already be in the bath! As I got into the bath, I heard a long and very unpleasant text that I had not been warned in December 2016, that I would not go to the procedure and for 4 hours for her because of me! had to wait (The same comment, had also heard from the receptionist) And that according to his principle, I can not take me, etc. To which I replied that I tried to call the receptionist, but it was not possible to do so. On the other hand, when I was called from MFD, I was in the United Arab Emirates, where the incoming call costs ~ 6 EUR! so I didn't even lift the handset. Inese said I had her cell phone and I could call her. Which I'm sorry because I didn't have her business cards with me and so I couldn't do it. After all this pressing, I said that I didn't even want to start the procedure and as she climbed out of the bath with tears, she started to reassure me so that I wouldn't worry, she would take me and not cry. After the underwater massage procedure, I was forced to drive home and take medicine to calm down and lower my blood pressure. The water during the procedure was very hot and I think it was done intentionally! In my opinion, it is completely unacceptable to talk to a client in such a tone and context. MFD is not a charity and I am paying money to get quality service, not to put me down as a small child. I have been a client of ARS for many years and I have not been to it once in 10 years! did not have to experience anything like this either from the staff or from the reception. After this incident, I no longer want to use MFD services at all, because both my day and my health are ruined. I've sent an email to the head of the center, but so far I haven't received any comments or apologies.
