I am a newspaper delivery person and news journal keeps messing with my money and not paying me when I’m supposed to be paid I went four weeks without being paid and still having problems

Poor customer service and relationship ,especially after requiring full payment before services are delivered and then not delivering Along with that after promising to deliver missing paperboy doing
