Complaints & Reviews — The New York Times

I subscribed at a fixed rate of $12.50 through July 2020. On 12/1 I was charged $12.63 without notification or explanation. On 12/2, I spent 53 minutes on the phone with Theresa who was unable to explain the 13 cent increase and said she would send a ticket to correct the issue which could take up to... Read more➤

The constant virtue signalling and lies your editors have been pushing for 4 years has made us STOP offering your propaganda stste news paper from ALL OUR STORES, your inability to hold your editors... I’ve had a subscription with NYT for several years through Apple App Store. All sections are littered with little annoying boxes, which for the most part I ignore. But I succumbed to one for a pair of Orthopaedic socks. The moment I paid for the item, my bank account was drained of $1349.00 AUD. I had to... Read more➤

This is at least the 3rd time I’ve complained that the Times won’t let me use the password I set up. It won’t accept it. Instead, I have to use Facebook when I read the paper at work. Why? I’m offended. For $15/month I should not have to use FB to keep reading the paper. Why set... Read more➤

Unethical Nursing Behavior of Patients. Nurses who are on duty in the ward put catheters out of the vein and do not even intend to replace them. When a patient wants to call a doctor, the nurses decide for themselves whether they need it or not! And it happens in a department where it is not allowed at all. Where people sleep with heart disease! With her attitude, my mother was taken away, so that she was even worse and she did not want to stay in the hospital for a minute. To which the nurse, whom we named after larisa, ordered to write a refusal of treatment and did not even think to call the doctor on duty! It seems that the nurses in this department feel too arrogant! At my mother's request to call the doctor on duty, nurse larisa said that the doctor did not have time and had to wait until morning! While visiting my mother during the day, I met one of the nurses when I entered the ward, who immediately asked me “can I read? ”, To which I had answered, did I hear her question correctly, to which she has repeated her question! I believe that such an attitude towards people is not acceptable! And note: I am not 20 years old, I am a grown man! Realizing that I didn't like her pronunciation, the nurse got used to it! But it terrified me that paying a patient a contribution for medical services instead of getting that kind of treatment! I believe that the head of department should follow the behavior of his staff!
