Billing your account way before deadline for cancelling

Signed up for 8 weeks online subscription for 99 cents on May 19, 2021. Cancelled the same subscription on June 18, 2021, and was still billed $15.96! User’s recommendation: DO NOT subscribe to this company, they will try to wring every last cent they can out of you!

Delivery isdues

Worst company ever. If you are thinking of delivery forget it. My father loves to do the puzzles otherwise it would have been gone before. I received one paper in a month.

I have received one paper in a month. I call customer service and get the same response every time. “We are sorry this happened we will notify the delivery manager and get this corrected” But it never gets corrected. The worst service ever. User’s recommendation: Avoid the Morning Call at all costs !
