Need payoff for deceased brother’s home

2 weeks dealing with Stacy, Marcus and Lorina, Still unable to get the mortgage payoff to close sale of my deceased brother’s property. They insisted on “originals” on all needed forms, I sent them 2-day Priority, and it sat there for 7 days until I called to check, no one had processed the forms into the system.... Read more➤

Terrible Service and communication. Unwilling to work efficiently.

Their refinancing process took an extremely long time. It’s impossible to communicate with the management, and is very disorganized. Even after multiple months it was still not finished. Our time and resources were unreasonably wasted and it caused us a lot of stress and frustration. I absolutely DON’T recommend using this company ever.

We just refinanced through The Money Store. It was a streamline refi. We had to pay $570 for the appraisal and cannot even get a copy of the appraisal.
