Offset Acute Bad Mood

Does the driver's attitude towards customers depend on the driver's mood? I don't think of everything. I have been expecting bad emotions against this driver many times. Today 15.09.18 I was waiting at the bus stop, raised my hand, this driver saw me very well, but drove especially for the spirits, did not stop. The bus departed at 22:05 from Oakland sao to Irvine ao. Stopping other drivers has never been a problem.
