Warranty Service
Unfortunately, the day has come for AuMobile to be disappointed. At present, what can be observed in the Australian market, when the approach has changed significantly, is how companies treat customers with their warranty terms. Probably each of us knows an acquaintance or has experienced in the course of everyday life that after a while (often even for a short time) the equipment no longer fully functions and system errors occur. At least I've quickly noticed this on android phones, when the system with time "glows", the technique will become slow and throws "errorus". I've noticed this for years using android and then switching to ios. But not the story of it. The father of a long-term AuMobile customer, from the very beginning (more than 10 years) buys Samsung phones at AuMobile. Unfortunately, all these phones have been brought to the AuMobile warranty service, because after a while Samsung phones over time, the system starts to squeak, the phone remains slow, contacts disappear, etc. With previous phones using the warranty everything was ok (so much the same didn't help) and the phones were made, but this time "fell" when buying again Samsung phone (old about 4 months). The warranty was denied because the corners of the phone were broken (yes, unfortunately it even happens if the phone is worn in a casing and dirt is in the phone case), there are no scratches on the glass or anywhere else on the case, because the phone is in the case and the father has been a generation. when things are not thrown against the wall, because the ancestors will buy a new one. In principle, if you have even minor damage to the phone case, the AuMobile warranty will be denied, because then the story will be invented: the phone has not been used in accordance with the rules, you have smashed yourself, etc. But unfortunately, system defects with worn corners cannot be caused. But unfortunately AuMobile thinks that his consumer is making his debut to put it mildly, and any damage and scratches on the phone will be the fault of the internal system error and the damaged part. Oh well, we now make phones so that they are NOT used - we take them out of the drawer, make a call, tap the mess and put them back in the drawer. Certainly the manufacturer must also take responsibility for producing manure for several years, but I think AuMobile has not learned the important lesson that loyal customers are value and work for customer satisfaction, because the Australian customer market is as big as it is, and will definitely not buy phones from AuMobile anymore. I remembered another sorrow, the phone was bought on an open contract, so the monthly payment is higher, and the phone can be changed every 6 months, but here again the problem - a new phone can be picked up if the warranty costs are covered - 170 AUD. Unfortunately, Australian entrepreneurs sit in the beer age in terms of customer service, and its tolerance and respect for the customer does not exist - the main thing is to push everything to the customer quickly, it is nothing that the customer does not leave 10 dollars every month to the company, but dozens of services. At times my other observation. Now for several years I am an iPhone user myself, in terms of the system of these phones from my experience everything is very ok (really pleased), but the Iphone is one nickname they do not like the cold. There is no problem with that, but a friend will buy Iphone LGT for several years and is a hockey referee, and the AuMobile battery will simply run out. During the warranty he replaced 5 phones (because the battery is officially found to be defective) and AuMobile maybe 2016/2017 just replaced the phone with a new one, BUT now he is changing the batteries (unfortunately those who think they will get a new phone - sorry - I just broke your dreams and expectations :() I don't know if AuMobile has found a new way to choke its customers or Apple doesn't care about its goodwill). AND VERY IMPORTANT. When replacing the battery in your phone, lock the phone before and after the service. Because when the iphone battery was changed, the case was damaged and where the phone was opened (let's call it a seam (?) / Slot (?) - I don't understand much, woman), the phone doesn't fit so much anymore and you can see where it was opened). Therefore, an official act must be made on the spot (whether or not they offer it - request it!) So that these damages are recorded in official documents. Because the next time you ask a problem, their answer will be - the phone is damaged, you have not used it properly, you have broken it, the warranty conditions do not work, you opened it yourself, etc. ) This is a general phenomenon in the industry where telephone service providers no longer WANT and manufacturers themselves DO NOT want to repair these phones because they are aware of what shit is being mass marketed and sold and companies are suffering huge losses (both for AuMobile and the producers of the goods sold) because all these products need to be repaired and stricter criteria for the provision of warranty services are being devised. Respectively, at least one small damage to the housing - repair it yourself and live with the defect that has been smeared on you. Only all these companies do not understand the value of the customer and I will simply not buy any more phones from AuMobile and as a customer they have lost my family members. In this case, there are already 4 people who will simply not buy electrical equipment there, because our small market is sufficiently saturated with competition and other service providers.
