Book sent twice. Returned the second one. Never got credit. When I tried calling, it rang and rang. No one answered. I am considering canceling my membership of many years.
The Quality Paperback Book Club had a better selection, better customer service, and a better website. Unfortunately, it was taken over by the Guild. I tried to “quit” the Guild, but gave up after waiting on hold (you cannot “quit” via the web) for 20 minutes. Specifics: I could not return a second copy of a book...
