Poor service
@optimusmebeles - Wollongong. Simply ridiculous attitude towards customers. Furniture was ordered. Jack took the first deposit and promised that the product would be in 2 weeks. Ok, everything is fine - it takes 2 weeks and there are no news or memories. Call the store yourself (Friday) and tell the jack - what's the matter? You told me there would be a product in 2 weeks. The guy says - pag, I'll take a look at the computer right away. After a moment they say - no problem, the product will be stable on Tuesday morning! Maybe even on Monday night. Tuesday is coming, it is morning and it is already lunch time. Well what - call again. Again my friend on the other end of the handset. I say - hey, what about shit? You promised me that the product will be on Tuesday morning. This one then had to look at the computer again, after which I get the answer that it is impossible to understand whether it is or not. As if something had to be accepted and in general - there is no clarity. I say - give, check everything there and call me back - zb already waiting for this. Deal! An hour later, a call arrives. Lift - a there woman! I was asked here to call and explain what and how! We will be able to deliver the product only after 2 more weeks. We can offer you the worn-out product that is on display with us. I say - hey, are you normal at all? Jack promised me twice that everything is happening and under control! I say that he would have brought the goods from Poland by bus faster and that the goods from the USA would arrive faster than them. The woman began to embarrass me, made me feel guilty that I had dared to show my outrage, and finally advised me to read the rules, written on the back of the first installment receipt and asked sarcastically - what will I do then? Will I go after that usa or how? I replied that I thought that her sarcasm was completely out of place at the moment and asked her to give her name, which she reluctantly said. The style of conversation was arrogant and even ridiculous on the part of this woman. Unexpectedly. Ineta pomerance - you will go far in life! ;) don't have to be specially educated to understand that Jack forgot to order the product 2 weeks ago, so now he "got dressed" when he understood his "case" and heroically asked me to call the store manager as far as I could.
