Poor service

I sent on September 8 via Hobart iExpress parcel package to the Netherlands, the article was that I would reach the destination after max 6 days. Pagaaja 2 ned. I packed myself with my belongings to the Dutch address, I am already from the Netherlands, but pakas. nav and not. iExpress does not respond to emails. The package was very important to me. I pay 31 eur, and then the service? Where are my belongings?
