Defective product, poor service
In the online store 110.shop, for my birthday, I ordered a coffee machine Belmoca Belimo bravissima. I also order belmoca coffee capsules. It was a great pleasure for me when it all came! But when I tried to put everything together and make coffee - the chick came: 1) the belmoca coffee capsules I didn't buy are not suitable for a belmoca coffee machine (which no one warned me about) 2) when I put my capsule (which I had bought separately), water began to come out from all sides. A huge puddle accumulated under the machine. I contacted the store. I was told to send everything back and as soon as the item sent to me will be in their warehouse, will send me a new product instead... I sent the product back on December 15, I call today - to find out when I will receive the product, now I have to answer when they have to do it within 14 days. But there was no talk about it before... In short, all the joy of my birthday has been disrupted, and it seems that I will not get anything for Christmas or the new year. Many thanks to the online store 110.shop! I pre-ordered items from other online stores and have never had such a problem...
