Sloppy attitude
Very light and unprofessional attitude towards customers! I waited two weeks for a response on the vacancies. I wrote emails every day, well, if every third is answered. I called several times - do not answer. As a result, 2 days before the trip, wrote that there are no vacancies, there will be no additional flight. The place was just back on the road after 11 days. I paid. 2 days before returning home, plans changed, I warned that I would cancel the reservation, but it did not return the money to the account. Terrible office, I recommend not to trust and go to Kaunas airport either by car or one of the buses to Kaunas bus station.
