Failure to get Sunday’s paper and the TV Weekly

I didn’t get my paper until 3:45 p.m. on Sunday. It didn’t contain the TV Weekly. It took two calls and two messages before I received the TV Weekly. Then I got TWO copies on WEDNESDAY. The carrier must put the APARTMENT NUMBER on the paper and must be sure I get the TV guide. I know... Read more➤

I did not call to file a complaint. The options for a missing paper with the automated system make it seem like you are mad. I know that sometimes things just happen. This is not a regular issue and I am not a PISSED CONSUMER>

Funeral announcement

I left a message for someone to call me back so I could inform people of my deceased husbands funeral. No one did. I finally muddled my through and figured how to do it on line. It would have saved me a lot of time is I had some direction. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother calling.
