Gift subscription problem

I inquired as to the date when the free gift subscriptions would be sent. Agent explained that free gift subscriptions (included in our renewal) would be sent out the first week in December.

Don’t throw any correspondence away

They cashed our check for $15.00 on sept. 5, 2019 for our renewed subscription and two gift subscriptions. We only keep getting more solicitations, even cheaper, with no renewal and no gift acknowledgements. Any attempt to communicate has been met with generic baloney.
