See above. Do not always have internet access. you make it very hard to contact via telephone. Subscriber since 1982.

Timely with magazines and bills

The magazines are great, but I get a bill for a year’s subscription every few months. You just have to keep track of when your bill and your gift bill is actually due. User’s recommendation: Check the website when you are due to renew the subscription, do not trust the letters in the mail.

Magazine quality

I got the mag. for workin g on small to medium home owner projects. I did not renew because most of the mag, has very large projects requiring tools and multi days of work. only one page has small time hints/projects. User’s recommendation: too many big projects, not for weekend projects orr repairs.
