Poor service, damaged equipment
Bolt simply ignored, late trying to bolt elec. The scooters, who paid 1 USD unlocking fee, took off with the start of driving for 5 min, which again tore the money, but showed that the scooter is damaged and with him nowhere can the brakes be applied.
