I submitted a hold for my newspaper due to going on vacation. When I returned home yesterday, my delivery person delivered my paper this past weekend.

This is the second time the delivery person messed up my delivery and have to be honest, strongly considering discontinuing service. I didnt want my newspapers to collect in the driveway when I was away from my house. I hope you understand my frustrations

Well after I complained… on Tuesday I receive the Sunday Dispatch that I wanted= and two Tuesday papers. Then I got Wed. and Thurs. On Friday I received two Friday papers. Got good service. Not pissed off.

I couldnt get the vacation hold to work online so I called. I was promptly taken care of. The one suggestion I have is to make it easier to call customer service without having to jump through hoops and to have to google to find a correct number. The guy on the phone was great. Keep up...
