Poor service, lost shipment
The company handles parcel shipments. 1. My shipment was lost (there is such a problem for the second time) 2. Customer service is very low, I called to say that the shipment is not in the intended locker, I apologize for receiving a complaint that I do not even think that something will be solved this day. 3. When I called several days later to find out why I had not received any reply, I learned that no one had considered my application at all and if I had not called today, my case would have been closed and I might have forgotten about my package at all. Again, I had to wait all day for a call back. 4. The package was sent from the online store, in the evening I received an answer that FedEx does not know where my shipment is at all and to be contacted by the online store that sent it. I don't know what this company thinks about why people use their services, but customers want to receive their product on time. The first time I didn't receive the product, I couldn't give the child a present. Ps I have no idea when I will get my pack this time. If you have a choice, I would recommend using any other courier / mail services.
