Poor service

I bought graphite energy + 58g006 screwdriver. It turns out without a battery and a reader. I talked about buying it for an additional fee. When I arrived at the store, I was only offered a charger without a battery and from another model. Don't get caught on this product! It is not possible to buy a drill even for all this money. It's like a bad toy. The shopkeeper confidently stated that bad goods were sold elsewhere, that this was normal. Here it thinks of a buyer in United Kingdom.
