Lying offer, unreasonable invoice, not solving problems
I took from Aumobile internet, Shortcut and movies for 29. 00eur per month, it was promised if you don't like the service, then I will be able to cancel it within 7 days and pay only for what is consumed. On the evening of the same day I connected, tested for about 2 hours, realized that the internet was not pulling and that Shortcut was not showing LNT, TV3 or TV6 (promised to show), the next day I returned everything in the morning and waited for the bill, waited and was very unpleasantly surprised - 17. 47eur. The question arises - about what? When trying to contact Aumobile by phone, it quickly becomes clear that they can ONLY be called on a pay phone (1. 50AUD). When trying to correspond, you can ONLY get pre-prepared answers from a computer, which are essentially just stupid. After a long effort, it was allowed to write to the operator through the same website, but what does it give if no one writes the answer? I don't recommend it to anyone!
