Poor service

When you need to call the Emerald Regional Hospital, do not pick up the handset. I have gone to the place to solve my problem, but not always the staff gives information, answers that do not know anything. I am pregnant and why do I have to go to the hospital every time to ask one question. The handset is hung up or simply not lifted.
