Received a broken Snow White lampshade, asked for a replacement and was willing to pay for it. I didn’t even ask for a refund. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from.
No answer to my complaint. I wont recommend them. Ill take my loss and learn from it. I wasnt even asking for a refund. User’s recommendation: Don’t. Just don’t buy from Bradford Exchange.
Back in October 2020 I ordered a train set. First of all it took 3 months to receive ANYTHING, and even then it was several sets of tracks. When I finally received a car I was no longer interested. I cancelled my subscription however they kept sending me more tracks! I finally returned the last 2 sets... Read more➤
They told me I join correction. They receive all the collection in 14 days. It’s been 30 days I believe I received two of the eight coins. I thought they was automatically charging my account for remainder of the money.

My item is damaged.

I just got it and it’s damaged. Why do I need 100 symbols? I just want my item replaced. A lot of money for a damaged item.

Hello! I am quite unpleasantly accused of stealing my best friend's jacket. A complaint has been made against me, even though another person has done so. Later, the security guards accused me of stealing. Please be aware of unfounded charges against security guards.
