Information on the O-Karte website is incorrect. Now there is a promotion - come with your old phone and get a new one! I had figured out what I wanted from the offer, but when I went to the AuMobile center, I was applauded... Announced that without at least 1 LOYALTY level in the AuMobile connection, I can't get the phone I want, because such phones are only given to AuMobile loyalty program customers. Then I had questions: 1. Why such an incorrect info o-card website? 2. If you already offer o-cards on the website, then why is it not possible to receive them? AND 3. What to do for loyal o-card users? (I have been using the o-card for at least 7 years)
