No zone

So I just came from England and bought a new Vodafone card, but I put in a card and scary jokes, on the ground the zone is not at all and climbing so when the mountain appears 1 strip... Advertising on its radio seemed to be everywhere in the area. :(Now go to okart and everything is perfectly full area : )
