Unable to reach

Referred by TX A.G. office to SOS, but they try to route everything through the 5555 number, which is NOT a main number, NOT a switchboard. Tried calling other departments, all unhelpful, all claiming there is no main number beyond the 5555. User’s recommendation: Write to the SOS to complain about the stonewalling.
