Inadequate staff
Two months ago, I called this health center to apply for Holter monitoring, to ask if I had a referral and if there were vacancies paid for by the state. I replied that it is. Then I asked again if they were really available, because the other places I had called had 4 months ahead. He replied that it really is, and wrote down for the visit, and even ordered me to take my doctor's referral compulsorily. Now, two days before the visit, I am called and told that all state-paid places have been canceled, and I will either have to refuse my visit or come for a fee. Of course, I can't afford a paid service. :(My complaint is that in the absence of state-paid quotas, I don’t believethat the reception staff at the health center do not know this in time. Unfortunately, my time waiting in line has been wasted, if I had known it in time, I would have applied to several clinics. Now I will have to apply for a visit and wait at least 4 months. So together it will be half a year of waiting and not knowing what I really have in it with my heart. Beautiful! Unfortunately, those who have money, they live and are treated, but those who do not, are waiting in line... and well, if they wait, others die waiting, but others say two days before the visit that it will be enough to wait, we canceled your visit.
