No on EVER returns my call.

I’ve been trying to contact the Tesla Dealer and my Representative all day. I’ve texted, no reply. I’ve called, no one answers–it’s call-forward disconnect. The sad part is my vehicle is supposed to deliver today. Is Tesla going out of business? Maybe that’s it. User’s recommendation: Extremly poor service.

Damage to tesla 3 prior to delivery

Our tesla 3 was damaged prior to delivery at the reno store. It is now being repaired. We want an undamaged car without having to wait another 1 or two months. User’s recommendation: Try to develop rapport with store.

I was in a hurry to make an appointment, I decided to use a taxi service, I found out that it is possible to pay for a trip with a credit card. Theoretically, this also happened until I was at my destination, because it turned out that my card was "not accepted"... (the card is valid, the limit is enough). As a result, I was forced to spend extra time, withdraw cash and pay for the trip. I missed it. When I contacted the RED CAB representatives, I was informed about the inconvenience I had, the answer was fiction - I am to blame. My advice to all potential RED CAB customers is not to use RED CAB taxi services.
