Not standing by their promises of service.

We were led to believe that our solar panels would save us money and meet our electrical need. Our system was to cover at least 80% of our need. This didn’t happen, Solar city was purchased by Tesla and Tesla won’t stand by Solar City promise. We regret spending $30,000 on a system that isnt saving us... Read more➤

Terrible customer service and solar roof misrepresentation

Have a tesla y. Have experienced poor customer service from the time we took ownership. Ordered a tesla roof almost a year ago. I was in a hurry to make an appointment, I decided to use a taxi service, I found out that it is possible to pay for a trip with a credit card. Theoretically, this also happened until I was at my destination, because it turned out that my card was "not accepted"... (the card is valid, the limit is enough). As a result, I was forced to spend extra time, withdraw cash and pay for the trip. I missed it. When I contacted the RED CAB representatives, I was informed about the inconvenience I had, the answer was fiction - I am to blame. My advice to all potential RED CAB customers is not to use RED CAB taxi services.
