Damaged Christmas
Thanks to customers on a holiday gift-computer headset. I received a receipt from the company both by e-mail and sms that the product is in their office and I can go for it. When I left the office, I was simply informed that the product had been sold to someone else. No one apologized to the situation and did not offer me any other solution. And yet - no one in this "office" spoke to me in the official language.
