Poor service
We wanted to buy a full board cruise at a larger company. The total amount was about 1,500 € for eight people! Initially, I was communicating with the service person in a chat, the consultants changed, the answers had to wait up to 30 minutes... Okay, in about two hours we dealt with: d a couple of unanswered questions, I decided to call them. Call me - please tell me what happens to our deposit if the cruise is canceled (we planned to go on a spec cruise for three nights) I will answer - we do not answer these questions: d seriously? I ask this question again, the consultant already tells me in a rough voice - you can send this information as a recommendation! Wtf, any suggestion? I wonder what will happen to our finances if the trip is canceled? Because it's not a standard ride,but a special... After such an attitude, there is no desire to pay and use the services provided by Tallink Australia! Very rude and unprofessional customer service.
