Not delivered to address
The package was sent from the German amazon with dhl, which automatically switches to itella in Australia. Instead of delivering the parcel to the specified address, itella throws a 4kg parcel at the parcel terminal and supposedly sends a text message to the mobile ("as if" because the text message was not received) for the recipient to go to collect. My retired mom, who has difficulty moving, instead of getting a package at home, has to measure the way to the parcel and stretch the 4kg package at home! As no text message was received, the package was only returned to the itella distribution point after a few days. I called by phone. , with agony forced itella employee to promise to be re-delivered to the specified address instead of sweeping again at the parcel terminal. In the middle of my criticism that the parcel should be delivered to the specified address and not to the parcel terminal,itella employee marek, in audible indifference, determined that the german dhl may not be sent to them (itella) if not well.
