I have 24 months contract with telkom which expired in 2020 and before the contract expired the phone got lost and I contacted them not to load phone and switch it off. They said I owe 1200 I paid it and they say I owe 800 i don’t know what is for.
I applied for Telkom fibre and I gave banking details to put a debit order for payment, the debit order has not gone off. My account number is 33801****. JM Ladeira. Thank you User’s recommendation: Still nee to this.
I am using a wifi router and 10 gigs got finished in 2 days and yet I’m only using whatsapp and Facebook. I thought it was the router that is faulty and I bought 100 mb that got finished within 3 hour. I need help with that.
