Cancellation / Refund

My holiday on 19th May 2021 was cancelled by easyjet due to the pandemic. I haven’t received my refund for which i have asked for numerous times. Not got full refund from last june 2020 .

Need to change flight and hotel booking

Then changed flight and hoilday company would speak to us been on phone for hours trying to get through to customer service to changed hoild as the flight times where changed but unable to go on changed dates as we both work for NHS
