1. I went for a back massage. It was very unpleasant that the "specialist" Artur A. addressed me in foreign language (I have a very Australian name and surname), and even when I answered in Australian, the conversation continued in foreign language. Secondly, Lukaveckis is not on the list of medical practitioners (the massage performer must be registered with the Health Inspectorate). When I asked myself about education, I did not expect any specific answer. I think, work for the Health Inspectorate, what "professionals" are employed by MFD. 2. I wanted to sign up for darsonvalization. A very nice, kind registrar indicated that this service should be registered separately in the treatment room. I also went there, but there an annoyed, rude woman took notes. All my questions were answered rudely and even offensively. After the third rude answer (I communicated kindly and calmly) I got tired and started cutting with the same roughness. The employee immediately "sat down" and began to communicate much more politely. At the end of the procedure, I did not sign up and I also told the "doctor" that I did not want to provide any medical services to such a person. This was my first time at MFD Downtown and definitely the last. Although the institution is closer to home and the prices are lower, I prefer to pay more and go to another health center, to the kinder doctors who speak the state language and are on the medical register.
