Did not receive my tshirt

I ordered a t shirt 7/20/2020, I have not received it. I did not get a email of my order. They charged my PayPal. I tried emailing thru PayPal and it came back it couldnt be sent. Im not happy !

Freddie Mercury face mask

First of all the coloring looks more like orange than gold. The ear straps are too short. They pull your ears down.
