Delivery delays and communication problems
A package of quite expensive content from another Australian city was sent in my name. It had already been 4 days, but the number of the shipment showed that the package was still there, in the city of dispatch. Neither I nor the sender can call Dpd, they don't answer emails. Communication is complete zero! I don't know anything about the fate of my package! Knowing dpd, they tend not to send sms that the package has arrived (I have had it with them), so I'm not surprised if the parcels are overcrowded - people don't know they have to pick up the parcels. Accordingly, subsequent packages cannot be inserted because the parcels are full. Total bardac and communication under any criticism!
