One thing I don't understand is how the May bill may have been prepared in advance, with one week to go before the end of the month (I noticed a week ago and think they made a mistake and will notice and correct the mistake themselves) ? The payment deadline for the May bill is June 4. And what's more - instead of 24 dollars a month, you have to pay 37 dollars for the service. I have not contacted them, because, unfortunately, to contact Optus, I have to pay 1. 50 dollars per call, and I do not even intend to spend this money by their mistake.
