1.5mb download for $75/month. They admitted throttling everyone in the area because of more customers than infrastructure. Up to 5mb/7mb/15mb download speeds, all at 1-2mb. Doesn’t matter what you pay for. No other internet in the area(besides sat) and no plans to update.
I have put up with the dvr box crashing twice and losing all my recordings. I have dealt with having to have my modem replaced 3 times. Even dealt with the numerous times the tv freezing up but doing without a Main channel that I watch 75 percent of the time….Goodbye TDS.. I hate comcast but at...

Called 3 times this month. New modem didn’t help at all.
Update by user Jan 31, 2019 Resolved by cancelling account, turning in equipment, and paying final bill. They didn’t seem the least bit concerned about the poor service they were providing, their outdated equipment, or the numerous outages.Now on to Directv.
