I have been a customer for several years. In my opinion They have been a terrible provider and constantly provided poor service
Poor service.Wifi goes off evety 6 minutes no matter whst time it is.Phone has static.
TDS’s website is by-far the most confusing of any I’ve ever encountered! Trouble finding your bill, understanding it, changing profile info, etc., is nearly impossible. months back called the CEO number and actually got a call back. often some issue. channel goes out. now RMPBS some other channel out of Utah. really an awful company/way overprices. going to leave it if possible.
