Website is the WORST!

TDS’s website is by-far the most confusing of any I’ve ever encountered! Trouble finding your bill, understanding it, changing profile info, etc., is nearly impossible. RMPBS often out with zero explanation

months back called the CEO number and actually got a call back. often some issue. channel goes out. now RMPBS some other channel out of Utah. really an awful company/way overprices. going to leave it if possible.
