The Rep stated my account did not show that a payment had been received from my bank account nor did it show that a box /charge had been made. They would not return payment. Subscription box issue

My complaint is that I cancelled this and another payment was taken out of my account. I would like this fixed at your end and my money returned. That is all I have to say but I wish I could have talked to a human. User’s recommendation: Don’t use.
I called, in February, and talked to a gentleman about the reason the magazine couldn’t seem to understand my subscription was paid for. In fact, I had gotten an email stating they had received my check for four subscriptions. That check was cashed by that company. Come on folks, let’s get this squared away. I’m tired of... Keeps telling me I’m already logged in and cannot access my recipe box using mobile…………….. .. ………….. User’s recommendation: They need to get an app.
