The Rep stated my account did not show that a payment had been received from my bank account nor did it show that a box /charge had been made. They would not return payment. My complaint is that I cancelled this and another payment was taken out of my account. I would like this fixed at your end and my money returned. That is all I have to say but I wish I could have talked to a human. User’s recommendation: Don’t use.

They are unable to resolve the problem of my subscription

I called, in February, and talked to a gentleman about the reason the magazine couldn’t seem to understand my subscription was paid for.
