Packs changed from 8 to 6

Whats going on tassimo why are we now only getting 6 drinks in a pack rather than 8 but are still getting charged same price for reduced amount. My latte is my luxury each day but as amount is going down for same price I may have to think twice about my purchase

To query a bill

I am from Ireland and I got %30 off my bill it was costing around 35 . I ended up paying . £45.87 Sterling . It was supposed to be free shipping and %30 birthday gift . ith Sterling it came to double the price .
