Well, that's what happened, I also officially join the herd of the sad who are disappointed in the services of the FedEx! From time to time I use parcel terminals to send parcels, because it was the fastest and easiest option so far, but now the fifth day of the parcel I sent has disappeared somewhere. The saddest thing about it all is the unprofessionalism of the employees and lying to the client (me). I called yesterday to find out why the package is not over yet. I was told that I would find out and call back. The situation was probably "explained" all day long, because I was called back only yesterday. Did not apologize for anything, in an arrogant voice (with the subtitle "there is nothing to panic") announced that the packet was placed in the specified parcel terminal to wait for the sms.
