Package not delivered. Sent back to store

I don’t know why my package is being returned back to target I did not return the package I never received the package. No one will tell why or what’s going on I want my package.

Unsatisfactory AM FM Jensen Portable Radio

Terrible reception. Tuner may be the problem as we could only get one station. Had a neighbor buy the same radio with the same result. Finally, purchased a current digital model and could not keep it turned on as it had a battery saving feature which could not be turned off. Do not buy Jensen.
