Fraud and poor quality service

We decided to try Oceancom after Optusa. At first, the recordings on the interactive tv jerk. I had to call 2 times and it took them a week. After that, the internet started to turn around, when I called me in a rough form, answered that everything was fine for them and then I decided to return to Optus. Then they told me that they had to pay another month in advance, because they seemed to warn them a month in advance. Fraudsters, poor service and quality maintainers. I don't recommend it to anyone!
