Poor Customer Service/Faulty Spray Tan

I have been a long term customer in Findlay Ohio and will be cancelling my monthly membership. I had the unlimited tanning package that included every bed in the package along with unlimited spray tans. The mega bed had old bulbs that resulted in little to no results….

Ina adequate explanation of promotion

Employees either lack knowledge and/or lack verbal skills to explain introductory package. We were told repeatedly that we could tan free for two weeks. The actual package we found out later was only a certain amount of minutes were free. We used those minutes after 1 week. Obvious mistakes were made by employees but apologies never offered....
